COMMISSION ON THE STATUS OF WOMEN

Founded in 1946, the Commission on the Status of Women focuses on promoting gender equality and empowerment. The CSW ensures that the economic, educational and civil rights are protected. It ensures that all the matters pertaining to gender equality and the establishment of women are attended to.


Delegates are expected to preserve the sovereignty of the countries while coming up with practical and effective resolutions that will be beneficial to all member states concerning the topics at hand.
